The ladies that work here are always so friendly and nice. Despite so many people coming in they actually make an effort to remember who you are if you come often!

The owner even Home makes a lot of their baked goods! I would definitely recommend getting the banana bread or the cookies. They're filling and convenient for on-the-go snacks. I'm glad there's a bistro that's convenient at this building!

I would have normally given this place 3 stars due to employee attitudes and long wait time for simple food, but now we also get to include reduced amounts of food. I've been going here for a few years as I work in the same center, its nice to order online then go pick it up and its ready,  however you definitely need to wait a good 15 minutes before walking over, otherwise you will be waiting, regardless of what the "ready time" online shows.
Anyways, I always get the same thing, BLT, avocado, sr dough bread, extra mayo. extra mayo is because they have a really good flavored mayo. Today I placed the same order. Pick it up and immediately notice the weight difference in my bag. Get back to work and the sandwhich is waaaaay smaller than it used to be ( i havn't ordered from there in about 2 months. There was less bacon, less tomato, barely any mayo, barely any avocado, it was ridiculous. The size of the bread is now even smaller.

I will not be going back here unless I have no other option.

Problems I've had here include: 1: ordering online and walking in approx 10+ minutes later, asking for my food and its not ready yet(no biggie) then waiting at least 5+ minutes just to watch them place my order in the window, then the same girl i told i was there places my order where they put the online orders, and me having to go back up to her and ask for my food. 2: Attitudes from most of the staff working at the register. I've also noticed odd glares from people in the kitchen, they all seem like they don't want to be there. 3: Loooong wait times. Order online or walk in, it sucks. 4: Menu issues. So I typically order the BLT online around 9am. One time the website was down so i called in to order. She told me they dont offer that till lunchtime. I said huh? I get this all the time, what do you mean. She said you can order it online but if you call or walk in they don't serve it before lunch. All they have to do is make a breakfast and lunch menu online, that easy. Anyways, they remembered me so they made it, but they are inconsistent. 5: Price on this sandwhich has gone up over $1.00. Looking at my order history this went from $8.08 up until Dec 2017 to $9.16 from Jan 2018 on.

To me this place had one of the better BLT's i've ever had (besides homemade). Now it's approx half the size and flavorless. I am literally typing this as I'm starving still. I WILL NOT go back here unless I have no other options.

I'm not one to usually write a review but after one too many bad experiences here I thought I should. I should mention that this cafe is located in my office building which is the only reason I even tried this place- it's convenient. I used to go to Mother's Market on days when I didn't pack my lunch, but since they steeply increased their prices recently (that's for another review) I stopped going there and decided to give this place a shot. I was warned by coworkers that the food was subpar but decided to give it a try for myself. The first time I ordered food here I ordered the quinoa wrap which is supposed to have 12 ingredients in it (based on their online menu)- I received 5 in mine. When I called to speak with a manager about it she said that because I ordered it so early in the day they didn't have all of the ingredients out yet. I asked why they didn't call to notify me (or tell me when I went to pick it up) instead of just making it with less than half of the ingredients. She agreed that they should have let me know before making it and she offered to me a free one on my next visit. I appreciated the effort and accepted the offer. I was kind of turned off from the quinoa wrap so I ordered a veggie bagel sandwich as a replacement the following day (a lesser value menu item) and it was okay, nothing spectacular.

After not loving the two items I had previously ordered I decided to stick to basic sourdough toast. I didn't think it was possible to mess that up. I was wrong. Okay, a few times they got it right, but then one day I went to pick up the toast I ordered online and returned to my desk to find that I was given a grilled cheese sandwich instead. What the heck?! I tried to eat it but the cheese was still in slice form, barely melted at all. It was disgusting so I threw it out. I had to run to a meeting so I couldn't deal with it right away. I called later that day to speak to a manager but there wasn't one on site. I explained what happened and waited for them to react with some surprise, empathy, or even an "I'm sorry", but that never came. I asked when the manager would be in and hung up. The following day I went in and spoke to the same manager who helped me with the quinoa wrap incident and she said that she was sorry and my next two orders of toast were on them. She was kind and I appreciated the offer, but still felt disappointed that I had to complain again.

Today, I ordered the large garden salad and got back to my desk to realize that they had again left off an ingredient. The online menu says it comes with croutons, but they weren't on the salad. I know it might be a small thing, but it's frustrating when you order something expecting it one way and it comes another. I have decided that this will be my final order here. Apparently, they can't get it right and I'm tired of complaining to them so I thought I would complain about it on here.

Lastly, I have noticed that the menu they have online doesn't match the menu in the store. One day toast is on the online menu and one day it isn't. The bagel sandwich I ordered to replace the quinoa wrap is listed in the store but not online. And finally, they have pasta & potato salads listed for $1.95 online but then charge $2.50 in the store. I even notified someone (I think she was the owner) about it, but it still hasn't been changed.

This place can't seem to get it together so I am done ordering from them. It's not worth the headache and the food I've had has been mediocre at best. It's sad because it was very convenient. So a final warning to all, I suggest you check your order before you leave the cafe if you must eat here at all. It's back to packing lunch for me!

This is the go-to place for the entire building so understandably they get a large influx of customers during lunch hours every day.

With that being said, they are consistently underperforming and always slow to get orders out. If there was some extravagant order I'm sure it would take longer, but today I ordered a bowl of soup and it took 20 minutes for them to pour me a bowl of pre-made soup. Pre-made. Already made. 20 minutes. I had to ask them for my order after waiting so long and they returned in with my bowl.

In my wasted 20 minutes of waiting during my lunch hour, I watched 4 different orders come out incorrect, and many others wait longer than me for their orders. Every single time I come down to grab something "quick" they 100% of the time mess up somebody's order. Every time. I have never had a smooth experience other than buying the readily available salads there on the counter. In fact I avoid getting anything else other than those salads or soup - but now will avoid soup as well.

With all of that out of the way, the food tastes pretty great and I can't complain about the flavor, just how whenever I come down I am always late coming back. Cmon y'all.

I work in this building, and it's hard to leave for lunch, so I thought the Bistro downstairs was the perfect solution.  I was wrong.  At first, the food was mediocre, but tolerable, so I would eat there every so often in a pinch.  Two years later, and the same things that used to be mediocre are terrible.  I bring my lunch from home every day, and if there's ever a time I forget, then I just starve rather than go down there.

I feel aside from the sub-standard quality of food, I should point out the extremely SLOW service.  If you are ever in a hurry, do NOT stop there, not even for coffee.  You will wait at least ten minutes, if not more.
